Heady blend

A rancid past, an infertile mind
And the strains of loneliness
Slithering thoughts of death - The
Streaks of yonder past.

The soft whispers of snowfall
And the sweet smell of first rains
Blossoms in autumn!
Love's blend is heady, indeed!

Eternal rendezvous

Opiated moments of sharing
Passion for love that
Simmered to the brim.

Time became the mellowed witness
To the soft whispers
Shattering the stillness of silence

An eternal rendezvous in to the soul
And a lingering longing for
A return journey to the past

Chasing the mirage

Joyful he's, she radiates.
Wounded he's, she writhes in pain.
Troubled he's, she finds peace for him.
Sorrowful he's, she cries her heart out.

His grief she bears.
His loneliness she chases.
His happiness is hers.

Her rare moments of joy, he dismisses.
Her oceanic tears, he discards.
Her wounds find no healer in him.
Her worries go unattended ever.

Reciprocation has forever been a mirage.
Till death, she's born to live alone.

Weaving Teardrop Wreath

Tears, my sole companion
In moments of joy and sorrow.

I weave teardrop wreath
To be worn on myself.

For, the flower garland is out there,
Locked up inside the milky moon,
Amid the eternal clouds.

I view, view, view...
To my heart's glee.
Disenchantment distance lends.

Towards the faceless coin

If a person is born to die,
My Lord, take me away.
If a person dies to be born,
My Lord, let me live.
If birth and death are life coin's two faces,
My Lord, turn my coin faceless!

Death, the Hero!

I admire you,
Come over to embrace me.
I adore you,
Take me into your arms.
I beseech you,
Ferry me to your world of solitude.
Oh, death! You are the truest hero
I would ever want to be with.

Death, the life

Memory is death in disguise
Haunts, aches, kills…
Death is life sans memory
Smiles, cheers, exults…
I jump in joy
He hugs me!
I piggyback
To a humane world!

My Dusky Moon

My moon is dusky I become a lotus-eater when she blooms. Etherised under her soft blue rays And drenched to the marrow. My moon has soothing...
